Due to circumstances beyond our control, We will no longer actually our E-mail Address visible on any of our Web Sites. Customer Support is still very much available.

1. If you are an Active Member to any one of our Web-Sites and can't seem to access the Member's Area, Or everytime you Log in it takes you back to the Index Page, That's because some Hacking asshole has stolen your Username and Password Combo, Used it iLLegally and our Security Banned your Username automatically. We now have in place that when you sign up for one of our Web-sites? CCBill will automatically generate you an Alpha-Numeric Username and Password so this greatly decreases the chance of some hacking asshole obtaining your information.  If this does happen to you, Simply E-Mail us customer-support at(@) ugnentertainment.com (I can't place the E-mail address together for security reasons, so all you have to do is click on it ) and make sure you include the Site you're having problems with, Your Subscription # and/or Username and we'll be able to help you. In closing, whatever you do DO NOT share your Password with anyone under any circumstance, and if yo uwon't be able to remember your Username/Pasword Combo? Write it down somewhere, where only you know where it's Located, Also you won't be allowed to Log onto the site from more than 2 different computers, or your Username will be banned.
